WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING

2-Bags White Chocolate Chips
2-Pints Whipping Cream
1-Cup Sugar
1-Tbls. Vanilla
2-Eggs
1-Loaf French Bread

Tear bread into small pieces and place into a 9×11 pan.In microwave slowly melt white chocolate chips and cream. Repeat with second bag
of chips and cream.Mix together eggs,vanilla and sugar.Add to melted chips and cream, and pour over bread pieces.Bake  at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Check for firmness in middle.

Chocolate Dream

1 cup Flour
1 small pack instant chocolate pudding
½ cup margarine
1 small pack instant vanilla pudding
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 cup thawed cool whip

Mix together the flour, margarine, and pecans. Press in the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 cup of cool whip; spread it over crust. Mix the dry pudding mixes and the milk(do not follow the directions on the pudding  box). Spread this mixture on top of the previous layer in the pan.  Top with a layer of cool whip and desired topping(pecans). Serves 12 to 15.
